I've uploaded a pov of a guy going emote in front of an unconscious person, but got rejected. Reason was that it isn't considered as amoral action. Some while back, i was punished for same reason and was banned for a week. when i saw the same thing, i saved my pov and uploaded. But was rejected. I dont understand why i got punished and this guy isn't, for the same reason. Kindly check.

Not every provocation is directly an amoral action. The Situation you show here is a third party situation which is nothing we rule on. Read Rules of player complaints.
