You can see he did Gr 3.1 + 3.2 + 3.3 + Gr 6.9 + Gr 6.19 + Provoking + Mixing + Metagaming ( you can hear him communicating with people )

I was just doing rp and this guy took it personal and did continuous ooc insults and what not. I hope he gets punished for ALL his rulebreaks.
