I was at casino performing my lspd duties when i was struck by a car i was using my pda so i was unable to identify who hit me however i was able to see there were only 2 people in the area and 348040 was sitting there revving his car at me I decided it was best to leave the area and find somewhere else to go 348040 then followed me and proceed to CR me I then pulled over to try and get an understanding of the situation 348040 claimed it was all an accident i then got back into my work truck and headed back to HQ and 348040 continued to follow me and cr me Agin
