In the pov you can see PD was giving demands to leave, As i was leaving they kept blocking me in making me not able to leave. This is simple mass CR from LSPD side as i said "Stop ramming me i want to leave" and continue to ram

This is not CR, they are trying to do the PIT Maneuver on you, while you keep on going, and interfering a Ammorun convoy which they are trying to protect.
