Here i got demorgen by admin kira ice for event rule 1.11
I ask admin for why he say event of subs as far what i know sir there is no visible red circle on submarine
And when i fight i didnt fight outside on subs here is my pov :

Here you can see sir we were alot fighting there and when i run police offcier shoted me and i shot him back if where i fight consider as out of the circle why only me who got punished sir
