suspect #1(131126) - shooting without any warning also from long range

suspect #2(54342) - he was also with suspect 1 and nighter he gave any warning or demand before shooting also he was evading ban and punishment because he let suspect #1 shoot first and waited for him in pov 2

we were protecting solar then these guys started shooting without any warning
as per my knowledge i think it was random death match and fail rp but i request they get right punishment for these actions.
