Rejected Unban request Lebron 6.17RG

Hello Lebron, on March 15th I was banned for 6.17RG. It was actually because during my POV, my Discord wasn't heard. I apologize for that, and my explanation is that my friend told me to set the option to "hear all my PC sounds" instead of just Discord and my game. I didn't read what I set, which means I set the option to "hear only my game." Please give me a second chance and i hope that with this request, I'll be unbanned and regain what I had on that account.
