Im not sure if its pg or bug abuse. He was climbing up the ladder while in cuffs. And at exactly 3:12 of the yt video you can see the other guy i cuffed (20962) already climbing up. After a moment he wasnt there so he clearly got on the roof. And 83568 was trying to do the same.

and in this video The car he uses is modified, meaning there is no complete fire extraction from the back of the car.
