I don't know how this person enjoys playing without being punished for what he uses. This person is using an illegal redux and he enjoys playing and formatting people, and he hasn't received a penalty for the illegal redux yet.



First proof, look at the second 13 when he hit someone with a headbutt. When he hit him, the hit followed the person id 102634, and this is illegal.

Secondly, in this forum, at the beginning of the video, there was a person id 102634 controlling the police car, and there was no smoke from the car or the fire.

The Hit-Effect is totally fine!
The rule you are referring to that is forbidden stated "Changing Player-Hit-Effects, like marking the player after getting hit (after hitting, the player is highlighted)"
According to the video it doesnt highlight the player at all!
And its allowed to change Hit-Effect as long as it DOES NOT give those advantages given above, or any unfair Advantages.
Furthermore, about the backfires of the car it is totally fine! , because the color its not changed nor its removed.
And why there should be smoke coming if he is not drifting ?
