I was trying to arrest this guy and his friend came did vdm and started shooting without demands or anything, i returned fire obviously cus i was on duty. later after putting them on cuffs they did CL. both of them.
Note - I undragged the 10-15 before engaging or running. But i know it happened real fast but just to clarify, the 10-15 was in my range to undrag and i started running after i undragged him. You can slow down the video and check.
