I think he is a new player, actually your POV is not cleare. Maybe he had no idea which one is grey and which one is black.

POV edited and unclear. Nothing is understood for sure from this pov. Honorable admin sir, please check the pov carefully. I think this person has become vengeful due to personal grudge in some way. Such a vague pov should not be acceptable in an important matter like GR 1.3.
