1. I have the leadership quality in me and have the abbility to guide and control people for good use as this is an inherted quality in me which can be beneficial not only for me but also for my subordinates and to the general people at large
2. As a citizen i have very decent amount of experience in the city as well as the LEO organisations which i feel is suffiicient enough to take over as the leader of LSPD and become the Cheif of Police as it was always my aim to become a leader of LSPD ever since i began my career as a LEO
3. Becoming a leader and serving the city might be one of the best and the most memorable journey of my story in the city as it will allow me to become a big personality in the city and i am ready to dedicate my life for this post and serve the city in a very pure and a legal way
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
1. Hiring skilled, professional and honest people for the HR (Human Resources) department as they will hire and give top level training
2. Me and my deputy will make our own internal department in order to avoid any internal controversy within the organisation as it will affect the other workers and they wont be able to guard the city while giving their best
3. Me and my team will make sure every worker among the organisation are doing their jobs honestly and sincierly and i myself will monitor every activity of the officer who is serving the city with us
4. I will make sure that we have a good bonus system among the organisation so that the officers work energetically and more sincierly to serve the citizens and maintain peace amongst the city
5. We will be more communicative and helpful to other organisations in any event that will be taking place and try to respond with all our best units at the scene
