Rejected Org verbal for Cancelling raid time without curator approval | Mike Wolfee

hope you guys are doing good
FIB has received a verbal warning for cancelling raid without curators approval. Yesterday the raid time was approved at 19:45 which was on vagos and near 19:37 there was a gun store robbery by bloods. We requested a delay and later requested a prepone Discord - Group Chat That’s All Fun & Games and after that new raid time got approved by Akio
In the past these things have happened and no verbals were issued
Situation 1 Date 18.01.2025 - Discord - Group Chat That’s All Fun & Games raid delayed 1 minute before the raiding time and new time was approved after the already approved raid time passed
Situation 2 Date 27.01.2025 - Discord - Group Chat That’s All Fun & Games new raid time requested was two minutes after the approved raid time passed.
Situation 3 Date 30.01.2025 - Discord - Group Chat That’s All Fun & Games new time requested after the already approved raid time passed
Situation 4- Date 04.03.2025 - Discord - Group Chat That’s All Fun & Games New time requested 15 mins after the approved raid time passed.
similar situations has happened before and even 2 times in my first FIB term (uk summer time) and still no verbals were issued

Nothing related this is pinged in curator chat. About tagging all curators I just scrolled up to see few raid delay of last term all curators weren't tagged so we didn't knew that we are supposed to tag all curators now. it was an honest mistake from our side and won't be repeated again Therefore, I request you to lift my verbal warning this time

You had more than 40 leos, if store robbery happened during gang raid time you can send few ppl to store robbery to handle it quickly and rest to gang raid or if you have proof that gangs broke "1.1 Teaming is strictly forbidden(except events where it is systematically)" you can report them.
If you request cancellation curators need to approve it otherwise you are required to continue with the raid that you requested
