I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to formally appeal for my reinstatement. I am Shreya Tiwari, a former Level 3 Administrator and EMS Curator.
I had to step down from my position due to my sister’s wedding ceremony, which required my full attention for more than 10 days. During my absence, my Discord account was unfortunately hacked, despite having 2FA enabled across all platforms. As soon as I was notified by my friends, I took immediate action and successfully recovered my account within two hours. Upon further investigation, I discovered an unauthorized application linked to my Discord account. I promptly removed it, reset all my passwords, and ensured that my account is now fully secured.
I understand the importance of maintaining security and responsibility, especially in an administrative role. This incident was beyond my control, and I was completely unaware of the technical vulnerability that led to it. However, I have taken all necessary precautions to prevent such occurrences in the future.
I have always been dedicated to my duties, and I am still willing to contribute actively. I sincerely request you to reconsider my ban from the Main Group servers and all legal organization servers. The scam links were only sent in private DMs, not in any group Discord, which I deeply regret. Everything is now secure, and I assure you that this will not happen again.
I would be truly grateful if you would allow me to rejoin the team and continue serving with the same dedication as before. Thank you for your time and consideration. I appreciate your support and hope for a positive response.
