I hope you are doing well. I would like to sincerely apologize for the violation that led to my account (Lord Kingss - ID 67303) being banned. This is the first time something like this has happened to me, and I was not fully aware that I had done anything wrong. I had no intention of breaking any rules, as I always strive to follow the game’s policies and respect its regulations.
I have invested 100 million in a business within the game, and having my account banned for an extended period could result in a significant loss of everything I have worked hard for. Therefore, I kindly ask you to reconsider my case and reduce the ban duration to one week only. I now have a much better understanding of the rules and will be extra cautious moving forward.
