Hello so here Wrong punishment u thought i had no reason but there was atm robbery going on and he was the only person there

so as per pdaa 3.3 we can detain suspicious people to gather proofs if we have any doubt on them
and i let him know that he was detained and not arrested multiple times

So as per State Rule 5.2 , I had a reason to detain him also continuing that its not a fail rp
