Hello dear admins. Yesterday I turned off my PC and lastly I turned off the game at NG so that I could enter NG tomorrow and I tried to enter in the morning, but I encountered the thing in proof, I think it's called selling an account or something, but I didn't do anything.

I did some research on his name and found that he is Uzair Malik. But the forum headings say Uzair and the SS says Uzair.
