Life story:
Rahul grew up in the southern parts of Stockholm in a very poor family. His mother was a hard working woman and worked up to 80 hours a week while Rahul,s father were a high ranking gang member in the gang foxtrot. When he was 10 Rajesh,s father teached him how to steal a car and how to shoot a pistol and over the years Rahul got better and better and got a high rank in the gang. But when he was 18 his father died and he got heartbroken wich helped Rahul to finally stop and leave the criminal life behind but he always missed the fun and exciting life of being a criminal. When Rahul was 18 he moved to Los Santos and applied to become a police officer for SAHP.
Carrer story:
After Rahul,s application got accepted he started out as a trainee but he was a fast learner and got ranked up quickly. After just 4 years he was a US-Marshal and after much dedication and work he reached Lieutenant after 8 years of working for SAHP. After a investigation on a gang he started thinking of him previous life and how much he missed it. he couldn´t get him mind of him life before and after awhile Rahul started thinking and dreaming about becoming corrupt and after 6 months of trying to let him past go but not succeeding he decided to go back to his past life and become corrupt.
Outcomes:
1) Rahul Xhair is able to trade/sell his kidnapped officers and his 10-15s to gangs ( With sufficient and realistic RP )
2) Rahul Xhair can lie about requesting a lawyer to a 10-15 and instead process them, as well as not show him ID to conceal him´s identity.
3) Rahul Xhair can arrest someone for fake charges/capture them if he severely dislikes them, or for revenge. (within sufficient RP reasons, and nothing too severe)
4) Rahul Xhair may take bribes (up to 100k & illegal items).
5) Rahul Xhair , when arresting/letting go a suspect, is able to take all legal/illegal weapons instead of confiscating them.
6) Rahul Xhair can engage in most criminal activities/break state laws while on or off duty, such as kidnapping cops if needed or if he felt that he is in a threat. ( not against server script highway robbing, atms)
