Rejected Killing without demands | doing CR

I'm doing as well as doing my duty patrolling, Suddenly those guys came to me and hitting me with there cars. When i stop and step out from the car for asking, At that moment they kill me without giving any demands. You can see in POV. And player 113313 is doing CR. Please check it give them punishments ASAP.
