i was doing my battle pass tasks and my game crashed when i hoped in back i saw that the store was closed and i saw that there are people opening lottery tickets so i bought some tickets to open and all of the sudden i was met by the admin and i got banned for 30 days for bug abusing and i didnt abuse any bug my game just crashed and when im back i got banned i hope for forgiveness please i need another chance
  1. and this is the first punishment that i receive
