even though you guys cant arrest someone in ghetto i dont know you would report me, i was tabbed out at the time, doing somthing irl and didnt go out the car to shoot at you guys i thought we were gonna go to our fam house, and at the time when i was tabbed out, i was doing something really important to help my older sister to fix her pc, so i logged out im very sorry
