Rejected SR 5.5 I 7964

I would like to file a complaint regarding the behavior of a FIB agent. He entered the ghetto alone, which SR 5.5. In addition, I believe he used a fake ID
(makeup ID), as he was probably undercover and it wasn’t his real ID.
I kindly request that a senior admin checks his real ID to make sure he is following the RP rules properly.
