Rejected - Fail RP

2 cars entering multiple time in FZ from South Gate, ramming soldiers and not stopping cars while getting demands. One of them left the game after getting killed. Here are two recordings. of bodycam.

I don't understand why it was rejected ???
It is saying foloiowing:

"Incorrect format
Title does not have ID
Please Refer to the Rules for Filing a complaint
And file a new complaint
"

I have added all necessary files, id and everything what is needed. Why format is invalid, can anyone explain ????
Both violated subjects IDs are mentioned, bodycam recording is provided. What else it is needed ??? This type of answer is not appropriate !!!!
