IN the bodycam you can see he was down or unconscious and he didn't call ambulance and he can still use left eye ! So its a bug abuse . In the full bodycam you can see the left eye he used without calling for ambulance . At 00:27 of the pov you can clearly see he used left eye while down and without calling ambulance .
