I am apologizing but there is a misunderstanding I am not cheating.

I was so lagging when you banned me for cheating because I was having drop frames a lot from the server while I was in the hospital.

I don't need cheat to play in the server bcs I spent to much money ( Equivalent:2400 GC Last 30 Day Only). I love playing in the server and I Don’t want to Join Another Server and waste my money there, I can Any actions to confirm that a technical issue bcs I know that I wasn't doing nothing against the rules and I just created a family that why I was planning to do a lot of fun stuff. I was in chock when I got the ban I wish you can understand me and pc checking me.

Really Guys I Arrive before 6 Months. No Ban, No one Report me This proves that I love Server Rules and do not break them. I hope you guys can understand how I feel. I am very sad and do not understand what is happening.

I do not doubt the reliability of Neo. Because it certainly gives penalties as per the rules.

But I don't understand what happened and there are major technical issues during the event, I understand that I never used cheats and I don't like polluting my computer because I use it for work too. + it cannot happened with anti-cheat.
