2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
I want to be National Guard leader because I want to protect the city of San Andreas and work to keep discipline. I have spent a lot of time within LEO organizations working on events, teamwork, and responsibilities. Natural Guard is a very important part of the security of the city as it assists the LEOS when there are Global Events, store robberies, hostage situations and more.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
1. To organize weekly RP trainings for all members, with scenarios like hostage rescue, defense of base, coordination with global wars and response to terrorist threats. Also to let members newer than me who want to learn how to interact properly in dangerous RP situations.
2. There should be a system in place where promotions / rewards could be determined based on how well a person performs in RP situations ( not how many hours they play). This will help to keep members on top of RP quality, follow command sequences correctly & behave professionally at events.
3. Make there good sub departments like Special Forces, Air Force and Military Police (with assigned roles and RP responsibilities) And each department will have a leader for training and supervising the department (which goes along way to motivate everyone to stay involved with RP).
