2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
-> My first organization was GOV where I worked for quite a long time and roached one of the highest ranks. After staying at GOV for a long time, I was very curious to try out the functions and work for Los Santos Police Department. I joined LSPD as a rookie, got my training and soon I was contributing my most in the growth of the organization. By hard work I got up the rank. After reaching high ranks, I went to FIB and soon got the chance to lead Spec Ops by becoming Supervisor of Spec Ops.
With the experience I have gained throughout my journey I always wanted a chance to someday lead a organization.
-> After staying at almost each and every legal organizations I am now ready to face some great challenges by achieving Chief of Police position. I am committing to the Los Santos Police Department making it more active. I would implement different systems and functions to make it smoother and will work on where LSPD lacked in these recent terms where LSPD. I plan to workout where LSPD leads made mistakes these terms and I aim to not make the same mistakes again.
-> With all the experiences I have gained throughout my journey in both legal side and illegal side, I now know how to meet the expectations of others as well as curators and admins. I plan to do anything required to being LSPD back to it's glory days.
3. What advice would you give for improving Roleplay level in the organization?
-> A lot of people join the city without having any knowledge on RP and also join organizations like LSPD and SAHP where RP is essential. So during my leadership with all the RP experiences I gained, I aim to teach each and every single member of my organization how to do RP properly in each and every single situation.
-> As the LSPD leader, I aim to engage in PR events myself if I get the chance. By doing this, I want to engage in RP situations with citizens myself. And all the unique PR events that I have kept in my mind will be helping me to fulfill my aim.
-> LSPD being a beginner organization, many members of LSPD don't know how to keep good relations with everyone. For that reason, elite organizations like FIB don't keep good relations with LSPD. I want to solve this problem by creating good relations with each and every organization. I also want to teach my officers how to behave and keep good relations with other organizations.
