2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization ?
2.1 LSPD was my first law enforcement agency and I will always hold a special place in my heart for it. Being supported by some of my closest friends during the learning curve was such a blessing. My skills were greatly shaped by their assistance as a rookie who advanced into the High Command position. Personally I was also able to connect with the organization which continues to stoke my desire to support the growth of LSPD.
2.2 I have a comprehensive understanding of the LSPDs operations thanks to my experience serving as a High Command in every department. This has enabled me to work with the COS and HODs to oversee the entire organization. I am confident in my ability to implement sensible policies that will raise operational standards and guarantee the organization is operating at its peak. .
2.3 Unlike any other enforcement company, LSPD has dominion control over the entirety of the city. This is most thrilling to me because we are able to foster change in Los Santos by maintaining a safe, professional, and efficient environment.
3. Your advice for improving the Role Play level in the organisation.
My main goal is to make sure that LSPD roleplay is entertaining engaging and professional for all participants, whether they are officers or civilians. For all parties involved every interaction, from simple ones like a traffic stop to more intricate ones like making an arrest or carrying out an operation, must go smoothly. I learned the importance of quality training in raising RP expectations from my experience serving as High Command in each department. Ill make sure that in order to facilitate things. .

- HRT develops and implements these vital components to ensure effective RP: arrest procedures, communication strategies, and general Role Play instructions.
- SWAT teams conduct simulated store robberies, hostage rescues, and gang raids to prepare officers for extremely dangerous scenarios. They will also learn the latest FIB tactics so they can be integrated in the next joint operation.
- Cases of officer misconduct are handled by Internal Affairs, ensuring that all investigations are objective and factual, which helps improve the quality of RP by adding real consequences.
- Public relations will be managing the perception of LSPD through active participation in the formulation of events to invite civilians to participate in Role Play activities with us.
- Intelligence is collected on crime families and gangs by the Undercover Division and is provided to the FIB when the information is critical.
