Dear admins , as shows in the POV provided one can easily make out that player 179483,181396 and 172924 violated Gr 6.15 which states that when outside the GHETTO you must engage in RP before shooting someone. For example issue them demands and if they do not listen to your demands within 5 seconds you can shoot them, but the demand which was given to me was not proper the countdown was not of 5 seconds second the Ghetto rule 1.12 which says if a person complies with given demands its not allowed to kill them but I was killed. The demand given to me by player 181396 was to "put my gun inside" I did that still I was killed. Any admin who reviews this can tell that they were at fault. Thnx for you consideration. I hope this complaint help in making RP better. My previous forum got rejected because of typing error this is my second one.

The countdown was given proper. And also you complied to fail rp . You carried and illegal item so you were arrested and also failure to comply . So I guess mostly it's not a rule break .

also a note for the reviewing admin the demands started at TS 00:27 and ended at 00:30 only a 3 second demand and secondly the demand was of to keep my gun inside which I did

ID 181396 will receive a punishment for CR + GR 6.15 + UB Demands, Getto Rule 1.12.
(As seen in the POV ID ID 181396 Hit the car of the POV owner repeatedly, gave demands which were incomplete and shot without following proper RP, He also put his gun inside as asked)

ID 172924 will receive a punishment for GR 6.15 + UB Demands + Getto Rule 1.12.
