as u can see right there there is no situation when he told me {mother fucker} as it is usually used as a slang in the ghetto and thats not punishable but this guy rammed me outside of the red zone and followed me out of pure hate just to curse me out wich is breaking the Gen Rule 6.19 as it is prohibited to say F-words like such as he said

It's not GR 6.19 as that's not the F word and the car ramming didn't look intentional but
ID 67798 will receive a punishment for Provoking
However,
