I hope this message finds you well. I'm writing to sincerely apologize and appeal the ban placed on my account Username: Tito Cyrus for using an AFK bot.


I fully acknowledge that using an AFK bot was against the rules, and I take complete responsibility for my actions. At the time, I made a poor decision without fully considering the consequences it could have—not only on my account, but also on the fairness and integrity of the game and community.


I deeply regret what I did and can assure you that I’ve learned from this mistake. I enjoy playing Grand role play and being part of the community, and I would be extremely grateful for the opportunity to return and play fairly. I’m committed to following all rules going forward and contributing positively to the game.


If it’s possible to have a second chance, I would really appreciate it. Thank you for your time and for considering my appeal.
