2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1 LSPD was the first legal organization I joined and i have been with it for a long time. During this time, i have learned a lot and had the chance to improve myself both personally and professionally. i know how the organization operates, the challenges it faces, and where we can improve. Through my experience in different roles, i have gained valuable insight into what works well and what needs attention. Now, with all this experience, i believe i am ready to lead LSPD to a better future and i am excited to apply for this position
2.2 Many of my friends have tried or succeeded in becoming a leader, and I believe itβs now my time to step up and take on the highest command. i have gained enough experience and confidence, and i am ready to take on the responsibility. For these reasons, i want to become the LSPD leader, and i truly believe i deserve the opportunity to prove myself
2.3 I have always wanted to help and protect the community, and I believe that as the leader of LSPD, i can make a real difference. i want to make sure that LSPD is fair, works well, and is respected by the public and other groups. i understand the needs of the organization, and with my commitment i will provide, i am sure i can lead LSPD for the great success
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
3.1 Officers should respect their leaders, just like in real life, because it helps make everything more organized and professional. they can make quick and smart decisions in any situation with good training. This training helps them stay calm and act in the best way to keep everyone safe
3.2 It would be a good idea to set up a public relations team before the term starts to complete the 25 PR event tasks. this is because it may not always be possible to finish all 25 events within the 30 day term. By setting up the team early, we can make our job much easier
3.3 Department Commanders should know everything about their department because it is mandatory, and also when they possess this information, things run more smoothly. Knowing the details helps them make better decisions and improves the communication with other departments. as a result, this leads the organization to do better and be more successful
