Hello on april 7 i got banned for ER 1.7 (famwar) then it changed to under investigation and today i got pc checked and admin told me that my ban will change to GR 6.17 because i use nvidia shadowplay and i have a laptop they said that it doesnt record all overlays but i didnt know that, the last time i joined events like was a year ago before the fam war and it was fine to use nvidia shadowplay with laptop back then. i asked admin which program should i use to record and he told me that i can use fbx and made settings for me. I didnt know using nvidia shadowplay with laptop was wrong so i really want to get unbanned and if its not possible get lower punishment at least, im really sorry for what i did i really didnt know rule was changed ill use fbx from now on and here is my settings :
