We can clearly confirm that he turned off his desktop capture on nvidia. Pablo said Pov is not available on the original forum

Im kindly requesting you to ask to main pc checker. I have been playing this project for a years also i have a lot of knowledge about computer stuff there is no chance that im wrong in this situation.
Also check bottom left and top left of the screen at that moment 0:22-0:25 its so obvious that he alt tabs at that moments because that icons of nvidia gets bugged (fps counter, screen recorder icon etc.)
