Life Story:
Turbo was the only child of a family of gun and drug smugglers, his parents didn't want him to get involved but when he saw the money his parents were making he couldn't help himself and he wanted to make money and have fun. One day he stole some drugs from the basement of the house and sold them, he loved it and now he was doing it almost every day, but his parents realized it, Turbo's betrayal of his family, they didn't like it, they didn't treat him the same, they didn't see him as their son anymore. Before he ran away from home he ran away with everything in the warehouse, he had a lot of drugs and illegal weapons, he realized that if he tried to sell them he would get caught and he was looking for a way to keep a low profile, so he joined the army to keep a low profile and he was doing illegal trades after shift hours.
Career Story:
Turbo completed all of his training after joining the NG and continued to run his illegal business. He had sold the goods he stole from his family in a very short time and now he was running the business with his own money, producing drugs in Los Santos and had made a lot of money in a short time. It was strange that a normal NG soldier could make so much money, but the IRS had noticed Turbo and started investigating his income, Turbo's illegal business was soon discovered and he was arrested. Turbo thought his future was over, but the corrupt soldiers of the NG broke him out of prison and cleaned up his past. Turbo wanted to start a clean slate for himself, so he underwent surgeries and had a face transplant, he was now someone else, he completed his NG training in a short time and rose to the rank of Lieutenant Colonel, but the only thing that had changed was his face, he was still the same old Turbo and he went back to his old habits and became a corrupt soldier again.
Outcomes:
1- Turbo can take bribes (up to 100k and ask for guns/ammo/illegal stuff as a bribe)
2- Turbo can lie about calling a lawyer and refuse to provide any type of identification.
3- Turbo can try to search for a bodycam (/try searches for bodycam) and can break it for his safety (/do breaks bodycam) [Two times per situation]
4- Turbo can break IC law including: CCOP, Firearm Law, Penal Code, Procedure for Detention. (he must keep in mind the OOC consequences.)
5- Turbo can act like a criminal. For example, go for the ghetto clap, buy, sell, or use illegal stuff (no Organization weapons included).
6- Turbo can disrespect anyone as gang members do. (Keeping in mind toxicity, Gen 6.10 and 6.19)
7- Turbo can torture/interrogate people if they don't follow his demands. ( with a RP reason )
8- Turbo can let suspects go free if they're in his family or his friends and can also aid them in escaping.
9- Turbo can let criminal in for stealing ammo truck & unlock trucks for them . (Should be silent & sneaky)
10- Turbo can arrest someone for fake charge If he severely dislikes them or for revenge. ( within sufficient rp reason and nothing to severe )
