Life Story :- Kaii was born in the Village of San Andreas and lead the early years of his life in there. He completed his Primary Education in a the Village School as his father was poor farmer and went for higher education in Los Santos. He has been a obedient boy from the beginning of his life and attained Academic Excellence in all Stages of his education. He Finined his Education and returned back to San Andreas. He helped his Father in the farming but is was not helping this expenses. Kaii always wanted to be an Army Officer. Kaii was extremely good in Shooting and Had a good physique.
Carrier Story :- His Earlier Days in National Gaurds was very harsh as he had to go through Tough Trainings and exercies. He slowly gained experience in the Army and Served the country very well. He kept earning higher ranks a lot faster than his colleagues as he was extremely skillful in Shooting, Driving as well as intellegence. After spending a long time in National Guards he felt that he should spend time with his family too so he decided to return back to his village San Andreas and join SAHP and serve there for his country. Soon he made new partners in SAHP with whom he used to hop in every fight and they created a unbeatable force. One of is partner with whom he spend most of the time on duty was Noor. Eventually during the time of his service we came to know that Noor had secret connections with gang members to earn some extra money and Slowly Kaii also got attracted to the same field because the greed of money always fades the sence of morality in a person. After Few Years he got Good Offer From the Government. He gets good position and power so he moves to Government but still he do not become a good cop. He continues to do his corruption and making money.
Outcomes:
1. Kaii can receive bribes upto 100k each to release his 10-15s / Family members if she/he wants to.(with an rp reason and with compliance to the rules of the server)
2. Kaii is able to use drugs and illegal Items while on/off duty.
3. Kaii can be frighten and disrespectful/rude when talking to other people. (Keeping in mind OOC Rules, Toxicity, Gen. 6.10 and 6.19)
4. Kaii can ask criminals to drop their weapons or any illegal items so he can keep them for personal use or sell in black market ( Not the items that belongs to organization).
5. Kaii can lie and manipulate the law to confuse LEOs and help his friends or family out of certain situations. He can lie to suspects about calling a lawyer and still process them without calling a lawyer and without giving Miranda rights to 10-15.
6. Kaii can smash and destroy bodycams of Anyone if he thinks to save himself. (using the /try commands twice per situation)
7. Kaii can act like a criminal. For example, go for the ghetto clap, buy, sell and use illegal stuff. (no Organization weapons included)
8. Kaii can go into Ghetto while Off Duty/On Duty and can do illegal activities. ( No fighting against LEOs )
9. Kaii can use lethal force on people on duty if they does not comply with his demands. Kaii may also torture/kill people to get info that he wants from them
