Hello i got banned for 7 days because of gen rule 3.1 + 3.2 for something i said in FL and told disregard after it.. Here are the screen shorts

he really is a good guy and mostly he said disregard after that which happens some time...its a humanly error which may happen to anyone..I appeal for his unban.

This is a genuine mistake. A lot of people who have access to department chat accidently type there instead of fam chat. This is an unfair ban.
