ID 398469 changed his family for entering rp ticket in another fam i think he was in cobras so this is a transfer before event. Cobras entered 25 so there was no place for him thats why he changed his fam to enter in another to kill us. ID 188428 invited him to family or tried to invite him. U can see after that bounty hunter came and shot him. This is a event zone so u cant shoot kill or etc. Both 188428 and 455162 shoot someone near event zone. These are the things that they violated.

u have what ic reason. That place is near event area and event area is ooc which means u both violated ER 1.2.

the hunter dont even know whats the event area or smth he came for bounty and killed my guy. thats not my problem. if i want to vioalate smth u guys not able to enter the rp ticket.
