When Sam was born, he was raised by a criminal family who lived in the ghetto and became familiar with crime, criminals, and guns early in his life. Because of everything he experienced as a child, one of his dreams was to break the cycle of violence and protect his family from the same criminal world they were part of. That trauma and anger consumed him, pushing him to seek revenge and dedicate his life to protecting others from suffering the same fate.
At 18, Sam decided to join the LSPD, using the skills he learned growing up. His unique mindset and experience quickly gained him respect and popularity within the department. As time passed, Sam climbed the ranks, impressing everyone with his sharp shooting and dedication. Before joining SAHP, Sam was a 00 agent in the FIB, where he was regarded as one of the best in the field. His reputation earned him an invitation to join SAHP, where he became Chief of Staff. - Sam can lie about requesting an attorney, or deny one, and also can refuse to show Id/passport
- Sam can loot/take weapons from gang members and other criminals to use them to his advantage, even if they are illegal.
- Sam can buy/sell weapons on the black market (Not ORG gear and guns).
- Sam can rob/kill criminals in the ghetto, or kidnap and rob them in a quiet place. (With keeping Sr5.5 in mind and robbing requirements)
- Sam can abuse his status and power to help his family members escape prison or remove them from the wanted list.
- Sam can accept bribes of up to $100,000 maximum or illegal items (Not Hostage).
- Sam can leak classified information to friends, family, or gangs for money.
