i think the ban is false as i am the only one who has the password of my account. Recently there was a powercut in my area so i changed my provider. I think that caused a problem. I request admin to check the ban one more time as i had not breaked any rule and please check it one more time i can ensure you that i was not selling this account as it is my personal account
