I hope you're doing well.

I am writing to report disruptive behavior by two individuals—ID 148224 and ID 126482—at the Bloods HQ. Their actions included:

• Repeatedly ramming me with a vehicle
• Power gaming by using the car to eject me from the Bloods HQ forcibly
• Communicating in a foreign language against server rules
• Engaging in mass killing within the HQ area, severely disrupting RP

These actions violated community rules and negatively impacted the roleplay experience. I respectfully request that this incident be thoroughly investigated and appropriate action be taken.
