hey, i was banned about 3 days ago for staff disrespect in ticket. I am new to the server and had just started playing a couple weeks ago. This would be my first infraction on my record. I have learned from this experience and will conduct myself in a professional manner when speaking to staff in the future. I intend to follow the community guidelines, including the ones regarding conduct with staff . I do not intend to make the same mistake. I am asking that you lift or shorten my 30 day suspension.
