Rejected Ban for GR 6.13 | Cayman Panch

I am submitting this form in the belief that there is no problem on my part in the incident in question (Approved - GZ 1.1+MK 0000 + 446685 Random Punching). While I wanted to arrest a citizen for a crime, that is, to do my job, the person's friend or family member tried to kill the person and send him to the hospital and succeeded in doing so. After that, I opened fire at the person's friend in order to scare him. I think that I did not commit any mistake against the rule of helping the person to escape in GR 6.13. I respectfully submit the necessary information.
