Cultural Discipline & Structure: Coming from a Moroccan background, I’ve always believed in organization, respect, and strategy. I want to apply this mindset to the Vagos gang — turning it into a well-structured, feared, and respected criminal group.
Previous Vagos Member: I’ve already been part of the Vagos family. I know how the gang operates, its weak points, and its potential. I’ve participated in spray wars, turf battles, and robberies — I know the streets.
Active & Motivated: I play daily and love gang RP. I don’t just play for fun — I want to create a serious and immersive gang atmosphere, one that members are proud to be part of and enemies fear to face.
Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization:
Implement clear internal structure with roles and responsibilities
Host regular training sessions for new members on proper RP and communication
Enforce zero tolerance for FailRP or random toxicity
Organize events and scenarios that go beyond shootouts — like ambushes, RP deals, and gang meetings
Focus on loyalty and chemistry within the gang to build real stories and rivalries
