Upon reviewing the evidence I have decided to Deny this report
No GR 6.4 and No PG was shown in POV
the suspect was a undercover fib and he was using its personal vehicle which is NOT a rule break
its NOT necessary to wear fib vest before cuffing someone for fib undercovers
There is NO GZ 1.1 because he stun you for an IC reason ​
