2. Why u want to become the leader of the specific organisation? (Explain with 3 reason)
2.1 Leading the Bloods provides an opportunity to hone leadership skills in a dynamic virtual environment. I have past experience of high command in every gang. One of the main reasons I want of become leader of Bloods Street gang is to make it most active and powerful gang in city. I will focus on recruiting new members and building a strong, cohesive team to tackle challenges and pursue common goals.
2.2 My second reason i will turn the Bloods gang into the gang that controls the dark side of the entire city, and in this way Los Santos will be under control. I chose my deputies who are experienced and whom I can trust in this regard. So, even when I am not around, they will govern as if there was a leader. Giving rank depends on who deserves it.
2.3 we will be a family in organisation with no toxicity and no favouritism for high command rank. Also, I will make sure that most of my members are participating in events not just sleeping everytime. We as a gang will do activites like Gun stores, Store robberies, Hostage Situations. I will make a hc team which will lead most of these events and take participation. Overall, I will involve leos in the situations thus resulting in more RP activities.
i can be great leader and handle bloods from my experience:

3. Your advice for improving roleplay in the organization
There will be no favouritism for deputies and high command rank in the organisation
There will be a great family without any toxicity in the organisation.

As a leader, I will keep the gang active by joining events like clands , battleships, and stores.
