So, they gave us demands to take the hostage and leave the area after giving them the money for hostage and shot while the hostage was not even safe. If you look at the pov carefully you can see they shot the hostage as well and you can hear the hostage saying not to kill him.

if I wont start the helicopter, we wouldn't have much time to get out of the area and I told the hostage to get in the helicopter when I pass you the money, he was getting in and you guys shot + you guys shot the hostage as well, just watch my pov carefully

we wouldn't have risked 3 of our life coming to ghetto if we didn't fear for the hostage's life
