Insufficient evidence to show that ID 14783 break NLR but will be punished for Car ramming.
ID 30194 will receive a punishment for Fail RP and Gen rule 3.2
However,
ID 29853 will receive also be punished for Gen rule 6.5, Gen rule 6.6, Gen rule 6.8 and Green zOne 1.3​
