Dear Mazhor,

I was banned for cheats without actually cheating or receiving a PC check. I have undergone 7 PC checks, and no cheats have ever been found on my PC. I believe I was unjustly banned.
I don't really understand my punishment for cheating (Twink), because I was punished for bug abuse on my main account, and since I didn't cheat on Grand, I don't really understand my punishment since I didn't even undergo a PC check.

I respectfully ask for an explanation of the situation and an opportunity to present my case.

Your main account is blacklisted for clear as day light cheating which we don't even need PC Check for, also here cheating is FULL blacklist not just one account ban as you were playing competitively.
