2.1. I have been playing on this RP Project from over 1.5 years, started playing from EN 3 and continuing with EN 2. During this period of time, I got a good amount of experience as a Law Enforcement Officer served as deputy chief of police and worked with a lot of experienced leaders. This helped me to build a good knowledge of server rules and game mechanics and good high level RolePlay. I believe this experience would help me to lead SAHP effectively with a professional term

2.2. Among the state and crime. State side has always been the most engaged and enjoyable for me. I love the roleplay of the State Side a lot especially in activities like patrol, investigation and nego etc... SAHP offers a good RP which focused on highway patrol, it would give me the opportunity to enhance quality of RP in the SAHP

2.3. With knowledge and experience I have gotten from working with many leaders, I have a clear vision how to operate SAHP efficiently. My goal is not only the members of the organization follows the rule of server but also want to set an example of high level roleplay. My term will be about discipline and team work ensuring that the SAHP stand as a model organization

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

3.1. I will make a high professional and experience HR team which will responsible for hiring and training new recruits. Training will be included RP situations, Tactical RP and a lot more.
3.2. Will introduce a well maintained Bonus system for troopers who show dedication towards the organization. This will encourage more troopers to work hard for the organization.
3.3. There will be good RP level between the officers and the citizens such as traffic stops, border patrolling and a lot more.
3.4. There will be no favoritism, everyone will be treated equally and fairly.
3.5. Will maintain a strong bond or coordination with the other law enforcement organizations, especially with LSPD and FIB.
3.6. There will be a toxic free environment in my term. Officer who will be toxic will have to face the strict consequences.

2.1
Having served in High Command in serval organization I am self convinced that I will make a solid a responsible commander. In the last couple of months I have suffered some form of activity in professionalism, I strongly believe these impacts are pointers of a leaders capabilities. With that said, I will come with an intention to help restore the lost glory of Law Enforcement officers and serve the officers with a blend of professionalism and sincerity from the high command. There is a gap between the leader and the officers in this organization and I believe that is what creates that lesser sync within the org. As a leader, I believe I will make most if not all command voices heard and issues solved promptly. Professionalism is something I do expect and get everyone trained for, unprofessionalism in the organization is a non negotiable case.

2.2 Motivation does seem lacking within the upper level of leadership for a hard working and productive term, nowadays leaders seem to be more focused on completing tasks as done and not paying RP within the org. In most cases, a leader faces an fear of rule violations and ends up relaxing the needed activity, thus covering up the issue. As a leader I will leave no room for targets and ensure there is no dip in activity. I will as a leader motivate my officers to maintain proper discipline and ensure that activity is brisk, not slow. There will be constant and uninterruptable access to insurance. Highways will not be packed with gangs and insurance will be provided on an uninterrupted basis!

2.3 Leader conduct and experience... I did notice that not all leaders have had a keen touch in leadership quality, most of them distribute the work to their deputies and make sure they get the fame in the end. In my case I will seek to bring a change and will make sure there is firstly a good communication within the leaders and the deputies in order to coordinate well. I as a leader will make sure that I will be the one leading majority of the work and not let the load take over my officers.

3. Your advices for improving Role Play level in organization.
1. Will make sure there is equal and mutual respect for everyone in the org
2. Increase bonus for most active officers
3. Make sure Sandy Shores is crime free
4. Assign a special task force to combat drug trade and contraband flight
5. Will assign a rank for selling insurances and numberplates even during heavy work load situations.
6. Troopers will be trained from head to tail to make sure rule breaks are not committed.

i) In English City 2, I was in SAHP as Deputy Chief of Department, I served SAHP for nearly 2 terms. I have not only learned a lot of things and but also, I have fully experienced these terms. I saw that there's a lot of gaps between low-rank and high-rank officers. My duty as SAHP Leader is to fix all these problems and let SAHP units have the best RP gameplay. I also have experience as Commanding General in NG x2, DHOD in FIB x2 and HC in other organizations like, In GOV I was DOC WARDEN, DHOD in LSPD 2x which is right now. I have become a Deputy of an active family, so I have a quite good management experience because of my management skill. I want to use this experience as a leader of SAHP.

ii) SAHP is the most important org responsible for the safety of the highway. My main motive is to give my officers good training from basic to advance so that the highway is always safe. Since I have been in HR Department before i believe i will be able to make the units of SAHP better and sincere and active than before.

iii) I have a lot of plans-in order to protect the highway from robbers, Training the officers by giving them regular Drills and operations, Making a good environment inside the HQ, Having good connections with other org.. I have always loved SAHP. My vision is to make it great which is only possible when i get the term. I) Doing more activity checks
II) Making the members skilled when they join. Hosting special training sessions.

i.
I have been a leader in the twin city and high command in the other city. I was Head of internal affairs and helped with the training at SAHP during Louie's term. I've also been high command in LSPD and fairly high up the ladder in FIB. I feel as if I can make SAHP great and involved with the workings of the city

ii. I know how to lead and can ensure that people are trained and always available to help with the insurance and licence plates. I will also aim to have more people patrolling the highways.

iii. SAHP is usually overlooked due to its location, I aim to change that and have the org interact with the other orgs, performing joint operations with NG on the highways, LSPD and FIB in the city and ghetto with ghetto raids/patrols.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

To improve RP for everyone firstly it starts with training. Once everyone is trained properly and they know what they are doing it will make things a bit easier for the entire org. Then I will implement a "officers of the week" regime offering bonuses to those who do the most insurance sales/ Licence plate sales, those who arrest the most people and those who shine the brightest. There will also be a set layout of what people need to do in order to climb the ladder to obtain higher ranks. Once the format is shown and people know what they must achieve, climbing the ranks will be more understood than ever. I have other plans in which shall be discussed with the curator IF given the opportunity to lead.

3.2 Secondly About The Highway SAHP Main Work To Protect Highway In The Past Term Highway Not Protect So I Will Make Sure That Every Unit Protect Including Me And My Deputy Protect The Highway From Heavy Gang Activity And Citizen Feel Free To Roam In Highway.

3.3 One Major Thing About The Leader And Deputy Activity I Give My 100% To Show More Activity Than 8 -10 Hours But Not As A
( Afk ) As Active Unit Of SAHP I Attend Events With My Units And If Deputy Not Showing Good Activity I Will Demote Him Because If Leader And Deputy Not Showing Activity Then How Units Show Activity So We Will Provide Max Activity From Our Side.

2.1: I want to become leader of SAHP because when I join SAHP first time. I don't know anything about Leo's and what they do I spent my most of time in SAHP to serve highway and city. After some time I got high command and many responsibility. I want to know that what leaders responsibility after getting leadership. After spending 6-7 months in SAHP. I risgn from SAHP and join other state organization as a high command. So I think that I'm capable for sheriff.

2.2: I have seen in SAHP that there is lack of activities from units so first I want to active SAHP more then other organization. I have notice in SAHP that if a unit do mistakes so the HCs will terminate him from organization and this is the main reason of lack of activity. So if I see that my unit is doing mistake I will solve that mistake personally and train him again by HR team. I will not promote any kind of favouritism in organization.

2.3: I will motivate my units by giving them promotion and bonuses In organization. I will make best environment in organization so that every units feel free to complaint about any high command in organization. I will make SAHP strong then other organization. I will make fear of SAHP in Illegal organizations. I will active my units on highway and decrease gang activity so the citizens feel free to drive on highway.

Departments

Human Resources (HR) : The will hire citizens and give training to our trainees in SAHP.

2.1: I want to become leader of SAHP because when I join SAHP first time. I don't know anything about Leo's and what they do I spent my most of time in SAHP to serve highway and city. After some time I got high command and many responsibility. I want to know that what leaders responsibility after getting leadership. After spending 6-7 months in SAHP. I risgn from SAHP and join other state organization as a high command. So I think that I'm capable for sheriff.

2.2: I have seen in SAHP that there is lack of activities from units so first I want to active SAHP more then other organization. I have notice in SAHP that if a unit do mistakes so the HCs will terminate him from organization and this is the main reason of lack of activity. So if I see that my unit is doing mistake I will solve that mistake personally and train him again by HR team. I will not promote any kind of favouritism in organization.

2.3: I will motivate my units by giving them promotion and bonuses In organization. I will make best environment in organization so that every units feel free to complaint about any high command in organization. I will make SAHP strong then other organization. I will make fear of SAHP in Illegal organizations. I will active my units on highway and decrease gang activity so the citizens feel free to drive on highway.

3.1: I will well-trained my units so they will not break any kind of organization rules and maintain professionalism in organization.

3.2: I will make best environment in organization.

2.1) I would like to be the leader of SAHP i have worked in** SAHP ( San Andreas Highway Patrol )** as an Under Sheriff Being at that position, i have observed some management issues SAHP which i always wanted to fix by being a Higher Position where i will be having enough rights to do all that stuff. That’s also one of the reason why i want to the Leader of SAHP
2.2) Due to my past experience, i will Ensure The Safty Of The Citizens By patrolling the highways and always available to help with the insurance and licence plates For improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

2.1 SAHP Is My First Organization where i become High command and also I spent my time mostly In SAHP as High Command when i joined SAHP As S.W.A.T after working hard In The S.W.A.T department I got A promotion as A Colonel Of S.W.A.T later after working Hard In The Department I become Chief Commander In ( Zoro Saturo ) I got the rank In the basics Of hard work and my dedication. This Is All SAHP Journey how become A CC In SAHP.

2.2 SAHP Teach me many things like: loyalty towards organization, work hard for your position . And many more that Why I want To Be Leader Of SAHP.

I Have A Very Good Advices Which Give Impact In Roleplay As Well It Is Very Helpful For The Organization

3.1 First I Am Talking About The Major Thing In SAHP Which Is Lobby Covering Every time I See In The Morning That SAHP Lobby Not Covered So My First Target Is Make Sure That Lobby Is Covered If There Is No Unit Available Then Me Else My Deputy Will Covered The Lobby.

3.2 Secondly About The Highway SAHP Main Work To Protect Highway In The Past Term Highway Not Protect So I Will Make Sure That Every Unit Protect Including Me And My Deputy Protect The Highway From Heavy Gang Activity And Citizen Feel Free To Roam In Highway.

3.3 One Major Thing About The Leader And Deputy Activity I Give My 100% To Show More Activity Than 8 -10 Hours But Not As A
( Afk ) As Active Unit Of SAHP I Attend Events With My Units And If Deputy Not Showing Good Activity I Will Demote Him Because If Leader And Deputy Not Showing Activity Then How Units Show Activity So We Will Provide Max Activity From Our Side.

3.4 I See Many Time A Deserving Candidate Not Getting His Position Which He Deserved But-But In My Term If A Showing His Max Activity He Will Definitely Getting His Deserving Position As Well As He Will Get His Bonus

3.5 I Notice One Thing One More That Senior High Command Not Giving Respect To Junior And Junior High Command Not Giving Respect To Other Units They Show Their Power According Their Position Or You Can Say Rank So If I See High Command Trying To Disrespect Their Junior Or Any Unit They Will Get A Demotion From Leader Or From Deputy.

3.6 I See Many Times That Senior High Command Hire Their Friends And Gave Him A Higher Ranks But In My Terms It Never Happened Only Deserving Unit Get A Promotion Not Others.

3.7 In My Term Every Unit Respect Citizen Where He Was New In City Everyone Show Respect To Each Other

3.8 No Abusing From Any High Command To Any Unit And No Unit Abuse Any High Command Same Applied To Deputy And Leader

3.9 Many Leaders Failure To Perform Their Activity Like : Failure To Do Promotion Ceremony On Time , Failure To Give Bonus

1-S.W.A.T ( Special Weapons And Tactics) : S.W.A.T is a major department in S.A.H.P their major work is to reach GLOBAL situation and they have to handle the situation of the GLOBAL. Also they have to do cannabis confection and Ghetto Patrol (Spec Ops) .

2-H.W.P (Highway Patrol) : Without this department SAHP can not run properly Highway Patrol is the Major department in SAHP their work is very simple they have to protect the Highway and issue the fine to Illegal Parked Vehicles and so on .

3- I.A (Internal Affairs) : Again the most important department in SAHP their major work to do the internal works like Logs checkup, license checkup, trunk checkup.

4-H.R (Human Resources) : The most valuable department in SAHP their major work is to hire the people in the organization.

2.1 Ever since came in the city I wanted to join a legal organization Which I ended up joining SAHP first org everything nice ever since I was a trooper in SAHP I wanted to experience how things actually work how high commands handle their department how organization work and I did I manage multiple departments for many months my experience was awesome now that I am experienced enough to take such responsibility as a leader of organization.

2.2 If I became the sheriff I will make several changes which will make the organization more better for everyone I will make sure there will be no favoritism and toxicity for the betterment of the organization and If one of my unit got a strike I will educate him personally about his mistake and how he can prevent this in future and also will sure to hire the best HRs so nobody will complain about SAHP.

2.3 I will also make sure to have the best people in my organisation and have the best IA and HR team possible and I will make sure to have the best District Attorney (DA) to handle all the legal issues and prevent any future cases against the organisation and I will make sure that SAHP will Stay professional and discipline and have good image in front of other organisation.

3.1 Special training by S.W.A.T:- So this training will be provided by S.W.A.T they will be giving special training which is not related to any normal training of SAHP this training will be situation based how to handle a situation how to handle a Hostage Situation every single topic about any situation if its a ATM,Highway rob, Store robbery so my units will be prepared for every situation and they will know what to do and even to do all of this training is to just make SAHP better and units as well.

3.2 No Nepotism or any kind of Favouritism:- As I mentioned before there will be no favoritism and toxicity so everybody can get a fair chance to achieve something everybody has to work fairly to get promotions If one of my high commands is giving a specific rank to a person I will try to make sure personally that person is capable of that position.

3.3 Relations with other org:-Throughout my experience and journey I have learned that a org Is incomplete without the support from other organizations So I will make sure my units will have good relationship between other organization like NG,FIB,LSPD,GOV I will also make sure that if there is an argument between SAHP and other organizations I will make sure to take a look of the complaint and I will like to sort it out without other organization.

3.4 Promotion Ceremony and bonus distribution:- Among all the hard work my units are doing they should get a good reward for it as well At least once a week I'm gonna Do a fun promotion ceremony And I will try to include some org to maintain relationship plus the fun of the promotion ceremony We will be having fun events Where my units will be participating and if they win they will be getting prize money from my own pocket and also we cannot forget bonus I will make sure to have a perfect bonus system so everybody will be motivated to put in the work for there organization.
